425 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan was designed by Michael Graves, who replaced the original architect Robert A. M. Stern in 2001. RFR Realty is listed as owner and Davis and Partners as developer, though the text says RFR Davis. Tishman Construction was the contractor. The infobox gives construction from 2001 to 2003, while the text says late 1999, topping out in April 2002 and opening that September. Neither source gives a style.

The tower is concrete, 618 feet (188 m) tall, with 55 floors and 197 units. It uses air rights from two small adjoining buildings and a zoning bonus for providing a public plaza to maximize floor area. It is also called The Envoy.

The site previously held the five-story Siebrecht Building, once home to Pierre Abraham Lorillard. As of July 2016 it was the 96th-tallest building in New York City. It is residential. The article gives no public hours.
