30 Hudson Street in Jersey City's Exchange Place area was designed by César Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli, with Adamson Architects as architect of record. Goldman Sachs was the intended occupant, and Gerald D. Hines Interests developed it. Construction began in 2001 and finished in 2004. The article names no style or materials and does not say who owns the tower.

The tower is 781 feet (238 m) tall, with 42 floors, about 1,600,000 square feet of floor area and 36 elevators. It offers waterfront views of the Hudson River and Lower Manhattan, and it holds LEED-NC 2.0 certification.

Inside are offices, a cafeteria, a health unit and a fitness facility with a physical therapy clinic. A ferry service to 200 West Street began in 2013. The tower appears in The Avengers and Spider-Man: Homecoming. The article gives no public access or hours.
