15 Central Park West is a luxury condominium on Manhattan's Upper West Side, designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with SLCE Architects. The developers were a venture of Arthur and William Lie Zeckendorf, Whitehall Street International and Global Holdings. Construction began in September 2005, and the first residents moved in in early 2008. The article calls the style New Classical, which is not an atlas style, so it is marked unverified. Construction cost $950 million.
The House rises 19 stories to about 231 feet (70 m) and the Tower rises 35 stories to about 550 feet (168 m). The facade uses Indiana limestone, with a copper dome on the entrance pavilion. About 201 apartments share a fitness center with a 75-foot pool, a wine cellar and a screening room.
The site was bought for $401 million in 2004. A holdout tenant reportedly received about $17 million.
