110 The Queen's Walk, the former City Hall of London, stands on the Thames near Tower Bridge. Norman Foster of Foster + Partners designed it, with Arup as structural engineer. The Kuwait Investment Authority is the listed owner, and the Greater London Authority leased it. It opened in July 2002 at a cost of 43 million pounds. The article calls the style neo-futurism and gives no construction start.

The building is a bulbous, egg-like glass form, 148 feet (45 m) high, with a double facade. A helical walkway of 1,600 feet (500 m) rises ten stories to a viewing deck that was occasionally open to the public. The debating chamber sits at the base of the helix with circular seating.

The Authority left in December 2021. Southwark Council approved redevelopment in December 2024, and partial demolition and refurbishment was underway as of October 2025.
