1095 Avenue of the Americas, also called 3 Bryant Park, is an office tower in Midtown Manhattan. It was built from 1971 to 1973 for the New York Telephone Company as its headquarters, and the architect was Kahn & Jacobs. The original facade was reportedly modeled on the telephone relays of the era.

The tower rises 630 feet (190 meters) and has 41 floors, with about 1.3 million square feet (120,000 square meters). NYNEX and Bell Atlantic later used it as a headquarters, and Verizon moved its headquarters back in 2013. In 2006 and 2007 it was upgraded from Class B+ to Class A office space at a cost of $260 million.

Ivanhoé Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties bought it in 2015 for $2.2 billion. Tenants include MetLife and Dechert, and ground-floor retail includes a Whole Foods market that opened in 2017.
