10 Hudson Yards is an office tower at 501 West 30th Street in Manhattan, part of the Hudson Yards redevelopment over the West Side Yard. Kohn Pedersen Fox was architect and master planner. Related Companies and Oxford Properties built it with the Kuwait Investment Authority. Groundbreaking was December 4, 2012 and it topped out in November 2015. Coach employees moved in on May 31, 2016. The article calls the style neo-futurism.

The roof is 878 feet (268 m) high and the building has 52 floors. The south facade cantilevers over the High Line, and one entrance opens onto the High Line. A 30-foot sculpture by Jonathan Borofsky stands in the west lobby.

Coach bought its office space for $750 million and fills floors 9 to 24 with a 15-story atrium. Other tenants include L'Oréal USA, Boston Consulting Group and SAP. The base holds a food hall and shops.
