1 Bligh Street is a 30-storey office tower in Sydney's central business district, overlooking Circular Quay. Ingenhoven designed it with Architectus. Cbus Property, Dexus Property and the Dexus Wholesale Fund developed it, and Dexus owns it. It was completed in May 2011 and opened in August 2011 at a cost of A$270 million. The article describes a modern style linked to Modernism.

The roof stands 456 feet (139 m) high, with 460,000 square feet (42,700 m²) of floor area. A full-height atrium of 390 feet (120 m) rises on the southern side. The article calls it Australia's first major high-rise with a full double-skin facade, with external louvres whose blades adjust to the sun. A basement plant recycles 90 percent of wastewater.

It holds a six-star Green Star rating. Awards include the 2012 International Highrise Award. It also holds offices, a childcare centre and two cafés. The article gives no access details.
