Daewoo developed the tower, and Mostostal Warszawa and Warbud were the main contractors. Construction began in June 1997 and ended in November 1999. The article names no original architect, style or materials.

It has 43 stories and a floor area of 71,567 square meters (770,340 sq ft). The roof stands at 604 feet (184 m), and the antenna spire brings it to 682 feet (208 m). The spire starts on the 32nd floor. The building includes a two-story shopping center and three underground parking floors for 300 cars. The article says its elevators are among Europe's fastest, at 7 meters per second.

Daewoo sold it to Apollo-Rida in 2002, and Globalworth has owned and managed it since 2009. A modernization ran in 2015 and 2016, and MIXD designed a new lobby in 2023.
