Triumph Palace is a residential tower at Chapayevsky Pereulok 3 in Moscow. Construction began in 2001, it was topped out on December 20, 2003, and it was finished in 2006. The article names no architect, developer, structural system or materials.

The roof is 866 feet (264.1 m) high, with 57 stories and 987 apartments in 1,815,150 square feet (168,633 m²). The article says it resembles the Stalin-era Seven Sisters skyscrapers, hence its nickname, the Eighth Sister. It does not name a style.

The article calls it the tallest apartment building in Europe and Moscow, and also the tallest skyscraper in Europe and Russia, which are different categories. It held the title from 2003 to 2007, until Naberezhnaya Tower block C was inaugurated at 879 feet (268 m). Channel 4's Vertical City featured it in 2009.
