San Sebastiano is a Renaissance church in Venice. The Gerolimine fathers' confraternity founded a hospice on the site in 1393, and an oratory became a church dedicated to St. Sebastian in 1468. Antonio Abbondi, called Scarpagnino, began enlarging it in 1506. The expansion was complete in 1548, and the church was consecrated in 1562.

The plan is a single nave on a Latin cross, with an atrium, a raised choir above it and an apsidal presbytery under a cupola. The facade is plain, with a figure of St. Sebastian at the apex of the pediment.

Veronese worked here in three periods between 1555 and 1570, including the nave ceiling and the high altarpiece. He was buried in the church in 1588. It is one of Venice's five votive plague churches.
