San Girolamo della Carità is a Baroque church on Via de Monserrato in Rome. Tradition links the site to the town house of Saint Paula. The Franciscan Observants built a hospice with a chapel in 1419 and a new church in 1508, and the Archconfraternity of Charity took over in 1524.

Domenico Castelli rebuilt the church in 1657, and Carlo Rainaldi designed the facade. The infobox gives 1660 as the completion date. The Spada family refurbished the first right chapel in 1654 to 1657, and the article doubts that Borromini designed it.

Philip Neri lived in the hospice from 1551 to 1583. Filippo Juvarra designed the Antamoro Chapel, built in 1708 and 1709, his only work in Rome.
