Saint Nicholas Church stands in the Șcheii district of Brașov and is an active Romanian Orthodox parish church. A wooden cross marked the site in 1292, and a papal bull of Pope Boniface IX mentioned a wooden church in 1399. The stone church was built from 1495 to 1519, with help from Wallachia under Vlad Călugărul and later Neagoe Basarab.

The style was originally Gothic and was later redecorated with Baroque elements. The stone-and-brick church has two frontal towers, and the clock tower was built in 1751 with a donation from Empress Elizabeth of Russia. The northern Annunciation chapel dates from 1733 to 1734, and the southern Ascension chapel from 1750 to 1752.

The church archive holds about 2,800 old books and manuscripts, and Nicolae Titulescu is buried in its cemetery.
