Philip Johnson and John Burgee designed the twin towers for the Kuwait Investment Office, with Leslie E. Robertson Associates as structural engineer and FCC as main contractor. Construction ran from 1989 to 1996. The towers go by several names, including Gate of Europe, Puerta de Europa and Torres KIO.
Each tower leans at 15 degrees, and the article calls them the first inclined skyscrapers in the world. Each has 26 floors. The infobox gives a roof height of 374 feet (114 m), while the body gives 115 m. The article names no style or materials.
CaixaBank and Realia own the towers, which were sold after the receivership of Grupo Torras, a company linked to KIO. They are offices near Plaza de Castilla, and the west tower's helipad is outlined in blue and the east tower's in red.
