Opened in 2010 on Marina Bay, this resort by Moshe Safdie has become a landmark of Singapore's skyline. At S$8 billion, it was then the most expensive standalone casino property in the world.

Three hotel towers, 55 stories each, are joined at the top by the SkyPark, a 1,120-foot sky deck that bridges all three. It holds a 490-foot infinity pool, and it overhangs the north tower by about 218 feet, the world's largest public cantilevered platform. Below lie a convention center, a shopping mall, theaters and the lotus-shaped ArtScience Museum.

The complex was built by Ssangyong Engineering and Construction and includes a 1,850-room hotel. An observation deck on the SkyPark is open to visitors, with panoramic views of the bay and the city.
