The Loreta is a pilgrimage site in Hradčany made up of a cloister, the Church of the Lord's Birth, the Santa Casa and a clock tower. The noblewoman Kateřina Benigna of Lobkowicz financed it. Construction began in 1626, and the Holy Hut was blessed on March 25, 1631. The Italian architect Giovanni Orsi was the original architect. The cloisters were completed about fifty years later. Christoph and Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer designed the Baroque facade, added at the start of the 18th century, and Kilian Ignaz added an upper story to the cloisters after 1740.

Peter Neumann built a peal of thirty bells in 1694, heard since August 15, 1695. The article gives no materials or dimensions.

It holds a large collection of liturgical objects, mainly monstrances, and occasionally hosts exhibitions in the cloister.
