Tabanlıoğlu Architects designed the tower as a high-tech structure for the developer Kiler GYO, with Biskon Yapı as main contractor. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2010, and the opening ceremony was held on March 4, 2011. The cost was $150 million. The 139-foot (42.5 m) excavation is described as the deepest foundation pit for any structure in Turkey.

The roof is 781 feet (238 m) high, and the height is 856 feet (261 m) with the spire. It has 64 floors, 54 above ground and 10 below. The text lists 47 residential floors and a shopping mall of 35,000 square meters, and calls it the country's first ecological skyscraper. Garden floors appear every three floors.

The data table gives 165,139 square meters of floor area, while the text gives 157,800. The tallest-building period is 2010 to 2016 in the text and 2010 to 2017 in the table.
