Holy Trinity is the Church of England parish church of Stratford-upon-Avon and is Grade I listed. The present building is said to date from 1210 and stands on the site of a Saxon monastery. The article names no architect and gives no overall style. The chancel is described as 15th-century.

Dean Thomas Balshall rebuilt the chantry between 1465 and 1497. William Hiorne replaced the original wooden spire in 1763. The chancel holds 26 misericord seats from the 15th century. A south extension by Stephen Oliver Architecture, built of local limestone, opened on April 17, 2016.

Shakespeare was baptized here on April 26, 1564, and buried here on April 25, 1616. More than 200,000 tourists visit each year, and a small fee is requested to enter the chancel and sanctuary.
