Atkins designed the twin towers, and Murray & Roberts is listed as main contractor. Construction began in 2004 and finished in 2008. The article names no client, style or materials.

Each tower is shaped like a sail, and together they funnel wind through the gap between them. The complex has 50 floors across the two towers and rises 787 feet (240 m) to the antenna spire.

Three wind turbines, each 95 feet (29 m) across and rated at 225 kilowatts, sit on three skybridges linking the towers. Norwin A/S developed and installed them, and they were first turned on April 8, 2008. They are expected to supply 11 to 15 percent of the complex's power. It won the 2006 LEAF Award for Best Use of Technology within a Large Scheme.
