Anagni Cathedral, dedicated to the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is the seat of the Diocese of Anagni-Alatri in Lazio, Italy. The article lists the Byzantine emperor Michael VII Doukas as its patron. Groundbreaking was in 1072, and it was completed in 1104. No principal architect is named.

The lead describes Romanesque construction, and the infobox gives Gothic-Lombard as the style. The Cosma family completed the Cosmatesque mosaic pavement in 1231. The crypt, dedicated to St Magnus, has frescoes probably by followers of Pietro Cavallini and an oratory of St Thomas Becket.

Anagni was the popes' summer residence in the 12th and 13th centuries. Pope Alexander III excommunicated Frederick Barbarossa here in 1160. Bernard of Clairvaux was canonized here in 1174, and Clare of Assisi in 1255.
